The single-channel platelet aggregation analyzer AT-02 (Russia) is designed to study the process of platelet aggregation in blood plasma using the Born method, based on continuous measurement of the light transmittance coefficient in platelet plasma under stirring and thermostatting after adding an aggregation inducer (ADP, adrenaline, collagen, ristomycin, arachidonic acid, thrombin, etc.).
Application areas of AT-02:
in clinical diagnostic laboratories of multidisciplinary hospitals
in hematological, cardiological and cardiac surgery clinics
in laboratories of blood transfusion stations
in hemophilia treatment centers
in laboratories of research institutes in the field of biology, biochemistry, physiology and medicine
Using the aggregometer allows for differential diagnostics of disorders in the platelet link of hemostasis: hereditary and acquired thrombocytopathies. High sensitivity of sensors allows the device to be used in patients with a low platelet count in the blood up to 30,000 platelets in 1 cm3.
Tests performed:
quantitative determination of von Willebrand ristomycin cofactor
adenosine diphosphate (ADP)
ristocetin
collagen
archidonic acid
HIT (Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia)

The AT-02 analyzers are equipped with standalone software (PC) with specialized software installed, allowing you to calculate the % maximum aggregation, aggregation rate, % disaggregation, and % von Willebrand cofactor activity.
It is possible to control up to 4 analyzers when connected to one PC.
